Built in 1982 and renovated in 1998, Mariposa Inn is an affordable boutique hotel in the middle of the Monterey peninsula. Our 3-diamond and 3-star hotel offers 50 rooms and suites, as well as a range of guest amenities tailored to business and leisure travel.

IMPORTANT NOTICE
We have some exciting news! We are currently undergoing a total image change, which includes renovation of our guest rooms and landscape. Several sections of the hotel will be closed during the construction process.
Some of the changes will include addition of fire pit patios, wired and wireless internet, and a new breakfast room and lobby. Our guest rooms will feature flat panel televisions, in-room electronic safes, and new décor with all-new furnishings, linens and luxury amenities.
Our pool and spa will be temporarily unavailable as we enhance our outdoor spaces.
We are doing our best to limit the inconveniences during the renovation. The remodel will begin in mid-January. Our goal for completion is April 2008.

Policies
We have a zero "0" party tolerance. If you or anyone with you decides to have a party in or around your room at the Mariposa Inn, you will be promptly evicted. You will not receive reimbursement for your room charges and may be held responsible for the reimbursement of other guest rooms.
We are a non-smoking property. Any evidence of smoking in accommodations will incur $150 charge per day.
We have a 72-hour cancellation policy with all reservations
